Kay was born Nov. 17, 1948, in Pampa. She was an animal lover, who had a huge heart. She was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her, especially her four dogs, Betsey, Scooter, Baby and Petey.
She was preceded in death by her parents, L.P. and Ganell Fort; a brother, Gene Fort; and a sister, Jeannette Fish.
Survivors include her husband, John Swart; a son, Scott Macartney and wife Wanda of Clyde; a brother, Michael Fort and wife Ronnye of Longview; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. |
