I was so saddened to read of Jerry's passing. I didn't know him well but would always speak in passing at work and visit when we had a few minutes. He was a sweet guy. Because the obituaries don't list the day of passing, Jerry passed away on May 7, 2010.

Your recent passing saddened us as we were looking forward to seeing your smiling face and laughing with you again.  I know many will miss you.

i've thought about you so much through the years. You were so quiet and sweet.  One of my best buddies of Pampa Junior High.  I was so hoping to see you this reunion.

Jerry and I played on basketball teams together and I knew him to be a truly good guy. He was a team player and well liked by everyone. He was a quiet, tough competitor but always wore a smile. I'm sorry for his family's loss.

Respectfully, Tom Neslage
