I met Margaret in high school and remained close friends with her until her death. She died too young. She was a warm friendly person who loved your children and her God. I have missed her all these years.

I met Margaret in Junior High, and even though we weren't real close, we were friends all the rest of our school years. Then the strangest thing happened. When I was in the hospital trying to get my baby born, this lady came in saying she was having a baby, NOW. So, she did, ahead of me, when they had been waiting all day long for me. They had to put me off a while to get the delivery room ready for me again. After my little girl was born, and I got into my room, who should be my roommate but Margaret. We had our little girls only about an hour apart. We really caught up in the next day or so. That was in 1976, and I moved from Pampa again not too long after that and didn't see her again until the 20 year reunion. We sat at the same table and caught up again. That was the last time I saw her, and I was so sad to hear that she had passed away. She was a really sweet person for all the years I knew her.
