Vickie Joyce Webb was born Dec. 12, 1951. She graduated from Pampa High School with honors in 1970, and attended Texas Tech University for one year, and later the University of Houston. She married Joe Veazey in 1971, and was divorced in 1980; they had two children, Beth, born in 1972, and Trent, born in 1979. Vickie’s third child, Wendy, was born in 1983. Vickie was severely afflicted with schizophrenia as an adult, and her mental status had greatly deteriorated by the time of her death in 2005. She was 53 years old. |
