10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m:Registration – Briarwood Church Activity Center, 1800 W. Harvester (coffee & donuts provided)
6:00 p.m.:Social hour – M. K. Brown Auditorium
7:00 p.m.:Dinner, catered by Desperado’s BBQ & Steaks, Amarillo.
8:30 p.m.:Awards and announcements
Till midnight:Visiting and dancing to music from “our” years, D.J.’d by Kool KEFH 99.3, Clarendon.
Sunday:
9:30 a.m.:Begin gathering at Stokes’ Barn, 4 miles east of city limits on Hwy 60. Cowboy style breakfast will be served.
Message to be delivered by our ownDr. Jay Losher.There will be special music and the service will end by noon with our school song.
Registration fees:
$50.00 single/ $100.00 couple if paid by July 1st or $60/$120 after July 1st
(This covers Friday, Saturday and Sunday main activities.
Prices for golf game and art tours on Friday TBA.The church
has offered their bus for the tour for a donation.)
Della Epps Moyer will be taking pictures of activities on Fri. and Sat. and cd's can be purchased from her later.
There will be several classic and muscle cars of our time at the Fri. and Sat. morning activities for viewing. If you have a classic, feel free to bring it!
